749She took a rather nice SOTM and explained the story behind it for an audio clip , but later emailed to say that she felt as though “I didn’t get across what I really wanted to say in the audio :o( Could I ask that you scrap it and, when you write the ‘about’ section, say that it was something told to me by my Dad when I was feeling stressed out and I always think back to it whenever I have any moments of anxiety. It taught me that I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to do ... That it worked for me then and I know it will again in the future ...
